Overview
Primeur is a user-friendly, concentrated, alkaline cleaning liquid for the daily cleaning of water-based inks used in cardboard and label printing.
Main Features
Primeur is formulated as a universal cleaning chemical for the cleaning of printing equipment and the surrounding floors. It is especially suitable for removing water-based inks from polymer printing plates.
Additional applications include the cleaning of rotogravure cylinders, Anilox rollers, and associated printing tools.
Technical Features
Primeur is 100% biodegradable, is not flammable, non-toxic, and does not affect the performance of oil/water separators. Primeur is non-corrosive and is safe as a universal cleaning chemical for both equipment and the user.
Periodic Cleaning Gel @750ml bottle
Overview
PDC Gel is a powerful, biodegradable cleaning gel that has been designed to remove all deposits of ink and varnish on printing machinery.
Main Features
PDC Gel is a gel product that has been specifically formulated for cleaning the cylinders and rolls of printing equipment. PDC Gel is used undiluted and applied with a soft brush. The gel needs to be left for several minutes to allow the ink and varnish deposits to soften. A hard brush can then be used to assist and speed up the cleaning process. After cleaning, ensure that all pastes or areas cleaned are rinsed with water. PDC Gel cannot be used on machines or equipment rolls that contain aluminum or other non-ferrous materials.
